Everytime I go on my computer to check my sleep, record my food and other things,  my Charge 2 will not sync and I can't update my fitbit.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing and the help site. To start please clear your browser's cache and cookies. Also try a different browser like Google Chrome of Mozilla Firefox. 

 

Regarding the syncing issues please follow these instructions to solve the issue.
