Hello. Charge 2 stopped syncing in the app at 11:32 am cst today. The Fitbit device seems to be working fine, but steps and activity are no longer registering in app. Tried logging out on and back in. Now the app states it is syncing but has been stuck in same spot for over an hour. Any ideas?

My Charge 2 has the developed the same problem, and I don't want to have to turn off my iPhone and turn it back on every time to get it to sync. It seems to sync better if clear down all the open screens on the iPhone then it will sync.

Best AnswerI have done everything advised to sync my charger 2, and nothing is working
Same, from this morning mine is saying I need to update the app to get my charge 2 to sync, but there is no update, I’m on the latest version.
After I posted my message, I tried sync with my iPad. It didn’t work and I went through the same steps. I then called the customer service desk. While I was waiting to get through to a rep, the sync started to work with the iPad. It’s now been working for a few days. It still won’t sync with my iPhone (7 plus, 13.3), although I haven’t tried too hard figuring it might affect the iPad sync. My iPad (5th gen, 13.3.1) iOS updated last night and the Fitbit is still sync’ing. I don’t know why the Fitbit started to sync, or why it stopped initially, so my post is not much help. Given the volume sync issues, it’s got to be some bug in the software somewhere. Did the Fitbit developers also work on the Iowa primary app?
