Have you done restart on the tracker?

I think you have better chance of getting help if you tell us the symptoms rather than having already diagnosed it as bluetooth issue.

If you knew nothing about bluetooth, what symptoms are you seeing?

In my post where the word 'restart' is a different color and underlined means it is a link; in this case to the help page that tells how to do restart.  Click on the highlighted word.

Thank you I have now restarted my Fitbit. However I wasn’t entirely happy with your response saying I diagnosed it as a Bluetooth problem. For me that was the problem it wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth. Your tone was rather aggressive in my opinion. Sorted now

I understand.  But for myself, when something does not work for me, I have no way of knowing that it is a bluetooth connection problem.  It seems to me that there are so many different things that could be causing the problem.  I wonder how could you tell that the problem was bluetooth not connecting?
