Hi
I have tried everything advised on these threads to get my screen to wake up but it remains black.
It is fully charged and vibrates when I press the on button
Help please

I’m just adding an amen to your posting. Sheesh! I’m the 15th person to complain about a black screen on the Charge 3 in just a week. Neither is this my first time complaining! I have been using FitBits since probably 2013, when all they had was the little squarish fob that you hooked to your clothes. But their lack of a significant response to our complaints will have me looking for a different brand when I am ready for a new one.
That said, I found I couldn’t deal with not being able to find a solution after trying everything Andrea suggested MULTIPLE times and in different orders. I gave up and bought a Charge 5. But it still ticks me off that they are not taking responsibility for an obvious glitch with this particular version. Like I said, I’ll be looking elsewhere next go around. I’ll be saying as much in a product review momentarily….

I tried all of the suggestions and did a chat talk w/FitBit. Warranty was expired- they sent 35% discount and purchased Charge 5.
Fingers crossed.

Clive would you be willing to share what you are using instead? I have now been through at least 3, if not 4, different models of fitbits. I have spent well over $500 on these frustrating items. My current Charge 3 has done the "no display" thing several times but I was usually able to get it back with the three steps Andrea suggests. This time it's not helping. I just get one vibrate, like it knows I'm there and it wants me to go away.

Just a heads up that this is a “dead thread”, as Fitbit considers it was “answered”. I suspect no assistance will be offered to you unless you submit a fresh complaint in a new thread, rather than as a reply to any of us who have complained here. Don’t expect much help, tho some seem to have gotten some credit toward a new Charge 5. I found myself too impatient and bought. Charge 5 on my on. When I get time, I may approach FitBit re a 35% refund toward what I paid to Amazon. I’m not very hopeful, so, despite my being a loyal FitBit buyer, I will look elsewhere next time I need a wellness watch!

I have same problem, face is black. The watch is charged and syncing but nothing on watch screen. I have tried everything to reset my charge3 but the face is still black. Please advise how to fix or replace.
