The screen on my Charge 3 has been black for 6 days now. I've repeatedly tried to restart following the advice in others posts and changed the clock face but nothing.although the data is still syncing to my phone. I've only had it for 10 months and I am becoming increasingly frustrated as I don't seem to be able to connect with Fitbit support, I'm just going round in circles.
Can anyone help please?
