My watch shows a small black line across the screen at the top, where the step count is on some faces and where the battery sign is when you open the stats.
tried resetting multiple times, doesn’t work.

I have gone through all troubleshooting procedures and there's still a black, horizontal line in the upper part of my screen.

I've been having the same issue for 2 days. It resets but as soon as I put it on and start walking, it stops working. I've been resetting over and over. I wonder what the life span of the charge 3 is?

I have had the same lines at top of my screen. It started about 3 weeks ago. Then yesterday my Fitbit stopped connecting with my iPhone. I have reset my Fitbit with no success. I also signed out of Fitbit but that didn’t help. Finally I reset my Fitbit on the app but it still is not connecting

I've been having the same issue with my Charge three but with two lines that run through the top of the display. This makes it very hard to read the time.

Hi mine also shows the same black line... at the same spot.. I’ve tried restarting it. Didn’t really help.

I have the same problem with mine. Nearly had it a year as I got it as a gift last Christmas. Had a black line across the top of the screen for quite a long time and didn’t think nothing of it until I saw this message while trying to sync text messages back up after updates. I have tried what u have suggested and still no change.

Good morning. I have a line across the 0 on my Fitbit. This happened a couple of days a go and this morning I woke up it was blank. I restarted it and have the screen back but still have the partial line. Any advice?

@AnneMarie2707 and @Priya20, thanks for joining this thread. @Rivconcc, thanks for the picture provided. I know how you may be feeling as this shouldn't be happening. To work on this together, please confirm if you've tried the restart as described here. If that didn't work, I'd recommend to also change the clock face and perform a long restart. Let me know how it goes.

A couple weeks ago I had 2 lines appear on my screen, upon research tonight I tried a 8 sec restart, no luck. I decided to try the long restart and now I have 4 lines. Did anyone get a solution to this issue? Other than going to buy a new one... I've had this one less than a year, my charge 2 completely stopped working after a few years... help!

Customer support replaced mine although my warranty had ran out. But they sent one that now completely quits working after only having it a month. So I wouldn’t waste ur time or money on one anymore.
