Hi, October last year Fitbit customer service replaced my Fitbit device after 6 months of pixel lines, inaccurate heart rate readings, not syncing properly, battery draining and a whole host of other problem. This is after I spent a good 2-3 hours on the phone with them.
I am now having these problems once again. It started about 4 months ago when I noticed a pixel line on the device. However it wasn’t causing any other problems and was hardly noticeable (it was a blank line not a white line) however after the last update it now takes 3-5 minutes every morning to update my device instead of it being instant. Again no other complaints though it was annoying. However in the last month, more pixel lines have shown up, both white lines and blank lines, The battery has started to drain faster, syncing to my phone is becoming more and more difficult, it’s recording false heart rates again and the vibration seems to have a mind of its own, working only when it chooses to (scaring me in the process). I have tried all methods customer’s service tried before, un-syncing then re-connecting, forgetting device on the Bluetooth, completely draining the battery, rebooting the device etc and nothing is working! What do I do now? I’m at my wits end and I’m genuinely upset about this!
P.S. The device never goes in water and is cleaned with a dry antibacterial wipe.
