Charge 3 Charging issue/Cable not working?

I've had my Charge 3 just over a week.  When I got it, it charged right up just fine.  Now the battery is about to die and it doesn't want to charge.  It seems like the cable isn't connecting or recognizing it. No notification of a charge comes on screen.  It doesn't vibrate when the clip connects.  I've quadrupled checked the alignment of the pins and it doesn't seem to be dirty.  I've also tried different ports on my computer, my boyfriend's computer,  and a pocket charger, but nothing.  I keep trying to restart it, but it seems like it it won't even restart unless its plugged into power, which I can't get it to do.  Any idea? Is it a dud?

I have the exact same issue.   I need to be put in contact with the support team please.

I think there is a flaw with some fitbits they made or something. I contacted customer support and the. Did some troubleshooting with them and then they sent me a new one Customer support number is in the app help.

Mine won’t charge even after the wipe. How do I contact Fitbit directly to have it looked at ?

How do I know if something faulty ? My charge 3 which I bought last November , the screen is unresponsive at times. Also now it’s refusing to charge. I’m frustrated. How do I get it looked at by somebody from fitibit ?

Hi. I just bought mine a week ago today. Synced great. Tonight would be first time charging and I’ve exhausted all options I’ve read. Won’t charge. Help!

I called the Fitbit help line. It says on the app itself. Few seconds of reboot and it was all solved. Good luck

 For some people that doesn’t work. My Fitbit would not even turn off or restart. Tech support couldn’t fix it. So I’m getting a replacement.

I ended up calling the support team and it looks like it's the Fitbit itself in my case. They are sending me a replacement tomorrow!Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S8, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone

I called the customer service. They helped me reboot it. It only took a few minutes.

Press and hold the button for at least 8 seconds to reset, then use the app for set up.
