Have had a Charge 3 for about 2 months and have already had more issues with it than the entire time I used my Charge 2. What is Fitbit doing to address the ongoing issues we all seem to be having. Definitely wouldn't recommend that anyone purchase a Charge 3.

Join the club - the only solution the Fitbit company has is for you to buy another upgrade at 1/2 price - in other wards spend more money on their products bc they can’t fix then mistake 🤦🏻:female_sign:

My Charge 3 worked for one day. Now it does nothing.Would never recommend it to anyone.
Tried that many many times. Got nothing. This phone worked for one day.

Really not happy with the Fitbit charge 3
its slow
doesn't track my exercise very well
sleep log is hit and miss
bought 4 for all the family to compete with one another wish I never did !
Kids have just discarded them
really sad as the fit bit charge 2 was more reliable wish I hadn’t bought them now
So what is the answer fit bit ?????

Good luck in getting a response we are all waiting !! Their solution is only replacement until warranty ends or offer to upgrade you but you have to pay 1/2 price - I suggested taking off the 120$ I paid toward the other watch - no deal - paying double for a watch - it’s irritating

I’ve had my charge 3 for just over 2 months now and I can’t believe the charging issue! I just fully charged again this morning and within 30 minutes my battery % went down to 5%. In other words I can’t use it. Tried the advice given previously and this hasn’t worked. Need help!

Sorry about all four not working proper. I bought it specifically because it was advertised as water resistant up to 50 feet. The first one stopped working. Same thing with the second one. I have my third one and it gives inaccurate data.

We have all been having similar problems. The reply from customer service is to buy a new one for 25% if you are out of warranty (in my case, the tracker was purchased 1 year and 2 months ago). It cannot be a coincidence that we are all having so many problems. It is unfortunate because when the devices work, they are pretty good. But I will not be talked into buying a 3rd Fitbit. We own Fitbit stock and are writing to customer relations.
By the way, my problem started almost immediately after the Fitbit app on my phone was updated sometime around 3/23/2020 due to an automatic phone update. It just so happens that a post on the Fitibit forum for Android users informed users of an update of the App on 3/20. Of course, it is a lot easier for Fitbit to tell users to buy a new tracker than to investigate whether a software update is causing the problem!

I had to have my Charge 3 replaced after 3 months due to issues with the display. The replacement lasted just under a year but the warranty doesn't start over on the replacement so I'm out of luck. My husband has had his Charge 2 for a couple years and has never had a problem. I was offered 25% on another model. I will have to think about it. May check out other brands or just go without for a while. Disappointing.
I'm pretty sure my latest problem also started with the March update. Sounds pretty suspicious.

Same here, my display died overnight. Spent whole morning checking - I have done all the usual - reset by plugging in the charger and holding onto the button for 15 seconds, something Ive had occasion to do at least three times before. When that didn't work, I tried changing the clockface. That didn't resolve the problem.
Only good is that the tracking is still working. Now I'm stuck whether I should just give up, as I have linked it to one of my apps which offer me rewards and only accepts Fitbit, Garmin or Polar.

For three days my Fitbit App won’t open on my iPhone. It flashes on for a second but goes off almost immediately. I have powered the phone off and on again a few times. I have turned off the bluetooth and turned it on again. I have deleted other apps on my phone for the fear that lack of space is the problem. I’m reluctant to delete the app and reinstall it in case I lose all data previously synced. Any other suggestions?

Received my Charge 3 for Christmas. Have never received notifications from Iphone texts or calls. Tried all of the listed steps MANY times. I also several others have problems with the Charge 3. Syncing also seems to be a hit and miss problem. Would not recommend Charge 3 to anyone. Too frustrating.

the same thing 2 more times about 4 minutes apart......then it totally
died. Even while attached to the charger it had no display at all. Total
garbage and that is exactly where it is going. No more Fitbits for me.

I wish I had known this before I purchased my charge 3. Fitbit replaced my new charge 3 with another one in November, Now the replacement is not working. I contacted Fitbit and they do not want to replace it nor fix it. They offered 25% discount on another charge 3. Why would I buy another one when they have not resolved the issue. This is very poor customer service. I thought this was a reputable company but I see that it is not!
