Charge 3 Issues

Have had a Charge 3 for about 2 months and have already had more issues with it than the entire time I used my Charge 2. What is Fitbit doing to address the ongoing issues we all seem to be having. Definitely wouldn't recommend that anyone purchase a Charge 3.

My Charge 3 Fitbit stopped working. It won't come on anymore. It vibrates when I push the button, but nothing else. I tried restarting to no avail.  This long restart did not work for me either.  I received my fitbit last Christmas as a present.  I have been enjoying it, but I am pretty bummed now.  I will try to call customer service in the next few days.

They are great in taking care of trackers under warranty. I have had mine replaced twice since Christmas.

Well you didn’t respond to my post, so I’ll answer here.  Mine only works while plugged in. As soon as I take it off screen goes black.  ????

I think so... I told them when it as purchased based on the dat on the receipt but didn’t have to send it in as a proof or anything. Good luck!

I have replaced mine three times from Costco. I'm done with the Charge 3 I have no confidence in this product. I was told by Fitbit that the Charge 3 is not compatible with my three year old phone.

After trying the charge 3 three different times and each failed miserably. I went back to using my old Charge 2 which has never failed me since day one. I just found a brand new Charge 2 on Amazon and love it. Sometimes new is not always better !

I am on 3rd Fit bit in 3 months with this charge 3. I never had any problems with the charge 2. There is a battery problem with the charge 3, they don't charge. I would much rather go back to the charge 2.

 

I never had any problem with my charge 2, but that's not the case with the charge 3, I am going on my 3rd replacement with the charge 3 as the battery won't re-charge. It's a bad design so if you are going to buy one stick with the charge 2.

Same here. On 4th one since Christmas and they are definitely not waterproof.

 

It's definitely not waterproof...at least not the 3 of mine that have quit after being in the water.

I have exactly the same issues. Did anybody get a solution for that problem?

it is really annoying especially when you want to rely on the time and it won't show the correct one because the watch also doesn't work properly.

I have a blank screen on my new charge 3. I have tried the 15 second reset and get nothing. Some vibrations from the watch. It seems lots of people have the same problem. Please help

That is how my issues started. After I did the 8 second reset it worked
fine. At least the problem with the black screen was solved for a little
while, but later I only had trouble with it.

Call Fitbit for a new watch if it's still under warranty. I'm on my 4th one since Christmas. I figure once warranty is done, no more Fitbit!
