So about 9 months ago my Charge 3 was missing 2-3 lines of the display, so I called into fitbit, explained my situation and they sent me a warranty replacement. They did not request my original be sent back, so I kept it as backup. That warranty replacement Charge 3 lasted maybe 9 months and now fails to respond to taps on the screen.
So I charged up my original Charge 3 (the one with the dead lines in the display) and used that for a few weeks, but now its display is totally freaking out and gradually starting to display nearly all white on the screen.
Meanwhile the warranty replacement had sat dead and I charged it and performed an on charger reboot which interestingly solved the dead to taps issue for 2-3 days. Now it is back to not responding to tapping and no amount of rebooting has repaired it.
So two Charge 3's and neither one works properly- 1 has a faulty display the other will not respond to tap input (but they both track).
Why why why? I am frustrated!
What can I do?

Not just taps, now the Charge 3 is un responsive to any swipe action too.
Doesn't someone from fibit monitor these boards?
