My Charge 3 won't sync anymore - have tried re-booting it and pressing on the side for 8 seconds as suggested, but nothing works. Also turning bluetooth on and off. Next step is to throw it out of an upstairs window as it's so frustrating lol. If I delete the app and re-start it again will I lose all my data, or are there any other suggestions? Thanks.
Go to About in Settings, it will ask you to reboot, you can tap on a tick or an x. Good luck, it didn't work on mine.

Best AnswerMy Charge 3 still isn't syncing and is now over 12 hours behind. I've tried everything but it just wont find it on Bluetooth. Hasn't synced since 16th May. I'm using an Android phone, tried uninstalling the app, restarting my phone before reinstalling the app, turning Bluetooth off and on as requested to establish a connection but still cant find the Charge 3. I've gone back to my Charge 2 for now but still keep trying, If no luck when it next needs charging, Im going to take it back as not fit for purpose.
Best AnswerExactly same issue since firmware update. Very poor ive contacted support many many times all i get is standard troubleshooting replies. Wish I knew how dodgy fitbits were before I spent $$$

Best AnswerAndrea is right, I now "forget this device" on Bluetooth, then turn off Bluetooth, reboot Fitbit in its settings, then turn on Bluetooth again and it finds my Fitbit. Then I go back to the app and it will sync. I had to do that a number of times, seems to happen whenever WIFI glitches, the iPhone may have trouble switching from Data to WIFI and back and looses some connections but I'm not sure about that. It's been behaving for almost a week now. Do not throw the Fitbit out! I was ready to do it too, but it's not cheap and there are solutions out there!
