Please could you either;
Roll back the update to allow us to control the Fitbit with the apps please
or;
allow us the option of controlling the screen dimness and alarms in the app as well as on the fitbit
Please...
my Fitbit, while working, has a completely dark screen, but shows a happy smiley face when I ask it, so I know it is the update and not the Fitbit...

Mine faded to black but still tracked steps etc as of this morning it was not syncing with the app. I now have a Fitbit that is useless. I need answers from corporate.

Hey, ive had the same problem for a few weeks after playing with the new clock faces. I just found that somehow my screen was screen was 'asleep'. To check, hold the button down til it goes buzz buzz, it will show DND, Sleep and Screenwake.. my screenwake was dim, i tapped it and now its bright again. Hope it works for you too.

I am unable to see my screen to perform this.

It wasn't in sleep mode. The screen has now faded to nothing. If I can't see the screen at all I can't do anything.

Is there a way to perform these actions from the Fitbit app on your phone because my screen is totally black, therefore I am unable to see anything at all when I press the side button?

Do they deliberately get us to download updates to make the things not work so we have to buy new ones? Seems unbelievable but with so many having this problem and Fitbit not prepared to do anything to help it does make me wonder.
