Has anyone discovered how to identify the serial number of your Charge 3 device if you did not keep the box? Apparently it no longer shows in your profile once you have registered the device, and Customer Service says that it is not something that can be provided to registered customers associated with that device.

It was never associated with the website. The only place it ever has been is on the box.
I always write them down before I throw away the box. No matter what device it is

I hate to contradict, but I had to register my Charge 2 the same way, and got it from my online profile at that time. So that has changed. The advice may be sound generally speaking, but most devices have the S/N imprinted or otherwise available, and further, this should be retrievable by the current owner from the company.
SO. Having thrown away the box, is there an answer that can get the Serial Number that was printed for the world to see prior to purchase and is now unavailable to the purchaser because I threw away packaging that did not specify this policy clearly?

Did they help you? I even bought the extended warranty at the store and they want the SN from the box. She said it was on the watch ha ha on the display that is NOT readable. great! I can't find it on my profile or anywhere on the app.
