My alarms were working fine until last week when I had to change them. They are showing in the app and on my charge 3 correctly but it had stopped vibrating at the set time. In fact nothing changes on the screen at the set time. I've looked at other threads and deleted the new alarms, sync, set new alarms, sync..... But it still won't work. It had also stopped tracking sleep but the urgent issue is the alarms. What to do from here?

I updated software and the silent alarm option on fitbit charge 3 no longer appears on the app screen on the fitbit. It does appear on the computer screen and allows me to set the alarms. But even after syn'ing the alarm program nor the alarms show up on my fit bit app on iPhone. I think the software upgrade removed that part of the fitbit program. The motor works also.

Alarm not working on my FitBit 3 even after I do a reset.

I have the same problem. I also contacted support and followed their instructions but only work for a short time . I wish I had taken this watch back to the store and gotten an Apple Watch . I never had this problem with my older Fitbit. The manufacturer doesn’t seem to care finding a solution.
