Charge 3 Smart Alarm

So I was wondering if there are plans to add an alarm that you can set for example between 7 and 7:30, but that fitbit wakes u up in the lightest part of your sleepcycle? Is this function coming? Or maybe the api so that android as sleep will finally support fitbit? I mean they do all other manufacturers and some of us really need this function because our sleep is bad.

Has anyone tried the Smart Alarm feature on a Charge 4? Does it really work?

It’s been working so far on my charge 4. Also, when it does go off, sometimes I can tell that it will because I notice myself already being partially awake like 20 min before my regular alarm and wanting to go back to sleep, but knowing I need to get up and the smart alarm usually goes off. So I’m learning that trying to get those last 10-15min of sleep after waking up early is not good for me, if that makes sense.

It's been 4 months since @LizFitbit responded about Charge 3 getting the smart wake added.

@LizFitbit, is ther an update please? 2020 is half over and we still don't have this feature.

Thats great! Thanks for sharing. Finally I can even set alarms via the Charge 3 and not rely on my buggy phone...

It does mention the smart wake feature as it does for charge 4 in the changelog.

Anyone got lucky enough to get the update on the Charge 3? Is it working fine?

I got it a while ago. It works like a charm. I'm really happy with it.
However, you can only specify a 30-minute time gap for the alarm to go off,
I wish that would be customizable also.

Nop. apparently we will get someday in the future. no timeline provided so we we don't even know if we were missed or not.
