I tried all the usual, hard reset , change clock face etc, when I plug in there is no battery symbol or smiley face , even though it's still connected to the phone

I have been dealing with FITbit for a while now with the same problem. They have been good at responding to my request but not willing to replace my charge 3. I know it's over a year old but it's either a manufacturing or software defect because some have posted about the screen going black after an update. They did offer me 35% off a new one which I tried to use on the Black friday deal but they would not apply it to the black friday deal. I am starting to look at other brands fitness trackers after seeing so many posting about Charge 4 having same problems.

Sorry to hear about your unresponsive Charge 3 and thank you for reaching out to Support for assistance. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
