Charge 3 band not latching

Dear Andrea,

                   I was wondering if you could help me with a problem that recently started occurring with my Fitbit Charge 3. I thought it was something with the wristband so I ordered a new one. But I had the same problem with the new one. What happens is that one side of the wristband keeps coming off when I try to put it on. So when I try putting the side that broke back on, I hear it snap but it comes back off again. So could you pls help me?
