Charge 3 battery draining and screen issues

Since updating my charge 3 the battery is draining from full charge in approx an hour and a half as well as having lines through the screen, any ideas?

I am having a similar problem.  I charge my fitbit Charge 3 during the night (so I am not getting the benefit of wearing my fitbit at night). Start the day at 100%, and by 3-4 pm, battery is at 10 or 20%.  My fitbit is just over 1 year old.  I have reset fitbit several times, and problem persists.  My wife had the same problem last year with her Charge 3, she was sent a new one and only had to pay postage.

Ditto, having the same problem, just started September 26-27.  Charged all night the 26th.  Put it on Sunday, by Monday afternoon it was dead.  Put it back on the charger Monday night, wore it Tuesday, then by late this morning it was dead again.

Same problem with my Fitbit, started about a month ago after I updated the firmware. I tried cleaning the charging points, resetting, erasing all user data, turning off all alarms, reminders, notifications, all day syncs, but the problem persists. But why should I even turn everything off, isn’t that the whole idea, that you have all these options? Something is going wrong with the device after 1-2 years of use and Fitbit need to fix this!
