Charge 3 battery draining, heart rate and screen issues

After going for a swim with my Fitbit Charge 3, it stopped working properly. Right after the swim the screen went black, it did 2 or 3 long buzzes and turned off. Once I got home I plugged it, it turned back on but now it won't hold a charge, not track my heart rate, not respond to any movement and freezes when trying to start a exercise. I've had since march 2020 and never had a problem with it before 2 days ago.

Hi @Domaelgdv_1, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the battery draining, heart rate tracking and frozen screen issues that your Charge 3 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
