I’m having the same issue with my fitbit. It’s battery drains within an 1-4 hours and vibrates until it’s put on charge (mostly in the middle of the night). It also is taking longer to charge. I’ve reset it multiple times, still having the same issue.

My fitbit has stopped alerting me when my phone is ringing and messages come through. I have reset Bluetooth and notification settings and it’s hasn’t helped.

@Shantelle456 I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not holding a charge and not syncing. For the battery draining quickly try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

Regarding the syncing issues please follow these instructions.

Ok so the Fitbit is still running out of battery fast. It only lasted 12 hours and then started vibrating until put on charge.

I have been experiencing the exact same problem for a couple of days now. I also tried all those steps, but nothing seems to work. After max. 5 minutes (most of the time after only 1-2 minutes) the same problem arises.

I tried all these suggestions and some helped for a little while, making the battery last 12 hours and then 3 days but now it’s gone straight back to only lasting at most 30mins. I’ve re-done everything you suggested but it hasn’t helped.
