This is happening to me too. Mine is less than a year old and just stopped working. The heart rate light stopped working and the button doesn't work. When I plug it into the charger I get nothing.

Please clean your device's button with a little piece of cotton with alcohol, a toothbrush.

Best AnswerI'm having the same issue. I updated it 3 days ago and now it has completely stopped working. It won't turn on or charge. Not sure what is going on with it and I'm in the middle of a group Challenge. I've cleaned it several times, did nothing. I've never had any trouble with mine and love it.
