Charge 3 became unresponsive

This is happening to me too. Mine is less than a year old and just stopped working. The heart rate light stopped working and the button doesn't work. When I plug it into the charger I get nothing.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @kat0505. Thanks for letting us know that when you plug you Charge 3 into the charger you get nothing. 

 

Please clean your device's button with a little piece of cotton with alcohol, a toothbrush. 

 

Let me know if the button starts working and keep on visiting the forums.

I'm having the same issue. I updated it 3 days ago and now it has completely stopped working. It won't turn on or charge. Not sure what is going on with it and I'm in the middle of a group Challenge. I've cleaned it several times,  did nothing. I've never had any trouble with mine and love it.

Mine has also died. Tried logging online to speak to someone but it kept timing out
