Dear Fitbit,
since a couple of days i have black lines on my display. nothing does help and it does not go away.

This is also happening to my one. I have tried resetting and changing the clock face, but they are still there!

Before considering other options, I'd like you to confirm if you've tried restarting your Charge 3 or changing the clock face?

Hello fellow Fitbit customers. I am letting you know that I had my Fitbit Charge 3 for less than 4 months and had a replacement after 3 months due to black display screen. Now the replacement watch has black lines across it. Fitbit are offering another replacement and are refusing a full refund because I purchased the product at a third party retailer (Sainsburys in the UK to be exact). I think this is disgusting, the product is not fit for purpose and I shouldn’t have to replace it every few months or so. Stay away from FitBit. Wish I had spent more and gotten and AppleWatch instead. Speak to customer service and they are hell bent on reading the policy instead of doing the right things for their customers, which in this case is a full product recall and refund to all customers whom purchased the Charge 3.

Hi, yes, we have tried many things several times by now and the lines do not go away. By now the problem should have been discovered and resolved. Please fix or replace.

I can’t even see my screen anymore and I used my Fitbit all the time.
