Charge 3 black screen for theee weeks

I have been unable to fix the black screen.  Since the latest update my charge 3 has been having issues.  I have changed my clock at least 30 times and have attempted a reset on and off the charger countless times.  The watch still tracks sleeps, steps but no way for me to use the functions on the watch.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HI @Erik_V_447  did you check your charging or something like that because it won't work then and It will keep showing you a blank screen your your Fitbit has a problem

Yeah, it still had a black screen while charging it. It vibrates but
that's it.
