Charge 3 black screen

Seems like tons of people having issues today.  Any solutions? Black screen but can see tracking on my phone.

I've had a charge3 for 2 months without a problem, until now.  The step tracker is missing from the app and the thing will not pair with a known good iphone.  Bluetooth is come and go on the device.

@Fritsch, if your tracker isn't responding, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

 

@moeB., have you checked if your tracker is paired? Is it only the step tile or all of your information?.
