For the past 7 days my screen is black. The watch is functioning tracking activity, steps and sleep.
I have tried every method on this community such as changing the clock face, holding the buttom down for 8 seconds and putting it in the charger and holding the button down for 15 seconds. Nothing has worked.
Any ideas?

Same here second time it’s happened to me, but this time around it is completely gone. And as it’s so dark, I couldn’t even tell that it wasn’t on so it wasn’t even charting my exercise for the day. I seem to see so many people having the same problem that I guess like many others not gonna be going to Fitbit anymore.

I just did that again and it worked briefly so that I could see settings. I believe tracker inadvertently went on dim. I fixed that but after less than a minute it's back to where I can't read screen.
