Hi my Fitbit screen is still blank I have tried all the suggestions and had it hooked up to my laptop but nothing has changed

Hi

I am trying to buy a charge 4 to replace my Charge 3 that isn’t working you’ve given me a code to get 50% off but when I go to pay there is no where to put the code to get the discount

Support are the ones that handle these codes, if you are having any issue with them you can let them know via the email thread you should already have with them. I am sure they will be able to help you purchase your device.
