Hi my Fitbit screen is still blank I have tried all the suggestions and had it hooked up to my laptop but nothing has changed

Support are the ones that handle these codes, if you are having any issue with them you can let them know via the email thread you should already have with them. I am sure they will be able to help you purchase your device.
