I see there are many topics about the blank screen on a charge 3.. Mine is doing the same. I've followed the steps that support suggested, but nothing... screen is blank... only think i see is the smily face. After that nothing...
And there is nowhere in South Africa that you can take the fitbit in to be repaired by the looks of things
