My Fitbit is fully charged yet it will not show anything on the display screen, . When pushing the sides it vibrates but will not display the time, it’s is only 1 month old and was working perfectly an hour ago, any one any suggestions, thanks!

Can you clarify how the hard reset works? If you hold it for 15-16 seconds it would still trigger the soft reset smiley which happens in 8 seconds. How do you not get the smiley while holding the button?
Best AnswerI was without my charging cable for a few days and the tracker ran out of juice completely. I charged it, and the app says it’s fully charged, but now the screen won’t wake. It vibrates when I press the button, and when I get a notification. I’ve tried restarting it, and I’ve tried switching the clock face, nothing.
Best AnswerContact Fitbit live support from the app! (I suggest using a computer if you can vs phone) they'll have you restart, change clock face all for formality. And if it's within the year warranty they're very friendly a quick to send a replacement if nothing works! But definitely go through live chat vs email... way easier and faster!

Best AnswerI still have my blank screen. I have tried the rest, changing the clock face and the 15 sec reset in the charger. I have. Nothing on the screen whatsoever. It still tracks everything and I can feel.it vibrate when I press the button but no screen. Please help.

Best AnswerSame thing just happened to me. The watch seems to work fine except the display will not turn on no matter what. I've tried changing the watch face, 8 second reset and 15 second reset many times, the watch just vibrates and display remains off. Really disappointed in fitbit quality. Mine is less than a year old too, so it's still in warranty but I got it as a gift so no receipt... Definitely won't be considering fitbit devices in the future.
