Charge 3 blank screen

My Fitbit is fully charged yet it will not show anything on the display screen, . When pushing the sides it vibrates but will not display the time, it’s is only 1 month old and was working perfectly an hour ago, any one any suggestions, thanks!

Can you clarify how the hard reset works? If you hold it for 15-16 seconds it would still trigger the soft reset smiley which happens in 8 seconds. How do you not get the smiley while holding the button?

I was without my charging cable for a few days and the tracker ran out of juice completely. I charged it, and the app says it’s fully charged, but now the screen won’t wake. It vibrates when I press the button, and when I get a notification. I’ve tried restarting it, and I’ve tried switching the clock face, nothing.

Contact Fitbit live support from the app! (I suggest using a computer if you can vs phone) they'll have you restart, change clock face all for formality.  And if it's within the year warranty they're very friendly a quick to send a replacement if nothing works! But definitely go through live chat vs email... way easier and faster!

I've tried restarting my Charge 3 seven times. No luck. Started as white lines/dashes, then went totally black. No recovery.

Definitely contact customer service, they were able to replace mine when I showed them my attempts to reset...

I still have my blank screen. I have tried the rest, changing the clock face and the 15 sec reset in the charger. I have. Nothing on the screen whatsoever. It still tracks everything and I can feel.it vibrate when I press the button but no screen. Please help.

Contact the tech support line and go through the steps with them... if they verify they will send you a new unit

Contact customer service after you try resetting screen. The sent me a replacement when reset failed

This continuously happens to me, I have to reset 2/3 times a day. Fitbit charge 3 is a year old. What am I doing wrong

I've done all the above steps to get my charge 3 to display again, but none of them have worked 😞

I ended up speaking to Fitbit support, they are sending me a replacement free of charge.

Same thing just happened to me. The watch seems to work fine except the display will not turn on no matter what. I've tried changing the watch face, 8 second reset and 15 second reset many times, the watch just vibrates and display remains off. Really disappointed in fitbit quality. Mine is less than a year old too, so it's still in warranty but I got it as a gift so no receipt... Definitely won't be considering fitbit devices in the future.

You don’t need receipt...contact Fitbit Customer Service. I got a replacement.
