My charge 3 is fully charged and still records steps etc- still syncs with my phone, but the display is completely blank. I've tried multiple restarts, both 8 and 15 seconds but nothing, not even a smiley face on the display! Also tried changing clock faces and although the app registers a change, nothing happens, not even a vibration. The display has been very dim for quite a while now despite being on the brightest setting, don't know whether there's a connection? Hope someone can help, thanks

Best AnswerI have this problem too. I got my Fitbit for Christmas last year, I’ve noticed that I haven’t been able to see a thing on the display is a couple months at least. It still vibrates when I meet my step goals, and syncs properly. The screen is more than dim, though, it’s blank. Even in a dark room I can see nothing on the display. Wish I could control brightness from the mobile app, but at this point I’m wondering if it’s really a settings issue, or if it’s a device failure issue. It seemed to be getting less sensitive to movement in terms of brightening when I raise my arm to look at it before it completely blacked out.

Best AnswerThanks, after updating the Fitbit app on my phone and trying further restarts the problem was still not resolved. Fitbit have now sent me a new charge 3.

Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. My screen has been dim for quite so time, but today I cannot see anything.
Best AnswerHi, my charge 3 has also a blank screen for the past week. It syncs, vibrates and charges but the screen is blank. I have tried to plug and hold to restart device but nothing happened. I feel it vibrate but still blank screen. Do not know what to do. It is weird to have a watch that you cannot see but still works to sync info.
Best AnswerOMG I have same problem exactly. It’s work but I cannot see any thing on the screen. Only I can see the from app 😞
Best AnswerI am having the same issue and would like to create a case number.
Its very troublesome not to be able to see the clock face
