Charge 3 blank screen

Having issues for around a week as the Fitbit is connecting to my phone, but the actual device isn't displaying anything. It still vibrates, but no notification or stats come up. 

 

I have tried charging, resetting and hard resetting, but looking at advice on similar topics unfortunately nothing has worked. I only purchased the Fitbit at the end of November, so it is relatively new so I am not sure why it is already playing up. I really loved my Fitbit, and not sure what I can do now after trying everything?

I am having the same issue, which has happened before but in the past I was able to reset the watch in order for it to work. I have tried that but it will not reset. 

 

I also have not been getting all my notifications for several days. Again, I tried to reset and relink to my phone, but that was not effective.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue and it's great to hear that you are enjoying your trackers.

 

If your devices aren't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
