Charge 3 blank screen

My Fitbit is fully charged and working except the display is completely black. Will not rest.

My screen is blank, too.  I tried the hard reset.  I still got a smiley face.  I uninstalled and reinstalled app.  No change.  I changed clock face.  Still blank.  Any other ideas?

I’ve been having this issue for the last 10 days. Followed every tip and hint. Reset, restarted, reinstalled, upgraded software countless times. It works for a few hours and then all goes black and I am back to square one. It’s takes ages to sync or failed to sick when it is working, I’ve got sick of doing it.. Just waiting for my local John Lewis to reopen so I can take it back as enough it enough !! Hope you have more luck.

I currently have the same issue, it started as sa grey bar down the right side of the screen, now its entirely blank
