My Fitbit Charge 3 shows a blank screen. I have tried restarting and change clock face but nothing works. It still tracking my steps as I am able to check my step count when I sync it. Appreciate your help.

I'd like you to try a long restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
Finally, check out if the screen turns on.
