I bought a charge 3 end of 2019. A few months later I had the same blank screen issue and Fitbit sent a replacement. Another few months later it stopped working again and once again they sent a replacement and now after another 4 months the 2. replacement stopped working as well. In other words, Fitbit never sent a functioning device and now, since more than 1 year passed I was told that the warranty expired. In other words bad devices were replaced with other bad devices as long as the warranty was still valid and now nothing. Never again a Fitbit device.

I've tried restarting 4 times, changing the clock face in the app and I still have blank lines across my screen so I can't really see the time or any icons.
I purchased my Charge 3 in March 2019. What should I do?

I got my Fitbit Dec 2018. In Jan 2020 the screen malfunctioned but they gave me an extra month for the warranty and sent a replacement. A couple times this year the screen malfunctioned but I was able to get it working again by restarting it and/or changing the clock screen. This time, however, it doesn’t seem to be reviving 😞 Trying to leave it charging for a while and attempting again.

I have tried everything to reboot multiple times delete app and re download app forget device etc....nothing has worked and now I have no power on my Fitbit Charge 3 and it will not charge up or buzz etc. very frustrated only had it since June 2020. Not very impressed and cannot afford another one!

Just keep trying. Sometimes it comes back to life, but it might take a lot of restarts. At least that happens with me. It took me up to several times, patiently doing endless restarts and suddenly it worked again. But as suddenly as it came back it also goes blank again. So it's an on-off all the time. What is the most disappointing thing, is that Fitbit clearly is aware of this problem, since that is something going on for quite some time and many people complain about the same issue, but, for some very odd reason, they just don't care and fix the problem.

Hi,
my Fitbit is doing the same. I’ve tried to reset many times and even change the clock face but it’s still blank. Can you help?

I tried to follow your link but I get this message instead

I've tried to reset more than 5 times now ... I hope there is a better solution out there.

Paid $150 on sale for the Charge 3 lasted 13 months and the band broke after 6 months and broke again at 13 months. I'm NOT PUTTING UP WITH IT ANYMORE! F this brand I never paid $150 for a watch that only lasted 13 months why would I do that for a tracker. Does anyone know a reliable replacement brand? I've had three Fitbits and I'm DONE!

Tried all of that- and have tried the various re-starts and changing clock faces- nothing. I>t's the 4th problem i've had in less than a year. Will try a different brand now as i have no confidence.
