I'm having the same problem. I can feel the vibration but see nothing on the screen. I have watched many videos for help, nothing I've seen has helped.
Is there a way to reset my charge 3 to factory settings?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @lc111. Thank you for letting us know that you can feel your tracker's vibration and that you watched many videos for help.
There's a way to factory reset your tracker but let's try a restart first, instructions are on my previous post.
Also, please try the long restart:
Catch you later.
Thanks Andrea,
First the battery icon never shows on my fitbit screen, NOTHING ever shows on the screen.
Now I wonder if the brightness is set so low it just don't light up. If that is my problem what can I do to fix it?
Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to us and for your comments @lc111.
Since nothing shows on your Charge 3 screen, you won't be able to check if the brightness is set to low.
Please try changing your tracker's clock face with the steps of: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes.

Please confirm that you have tried following advised troubleshooting steps on my previous posts.

I have tried the steps many times. I even dropped the device and cannot re add it. I ordered a new watch. This is too frustrating for a 2 year old fitbit

@Gretagabby, thank you for providing us with your information. Did you order a new watch now?
I'll be waiting for your response.
My Fitbit 3 screen started out very dim. After I followed instructions on here to fix it three separate times, it went totally black. I use my app to see everything. Now the sleep feature and heart rate monitor isn’t working correctly. It says I’m only sleeping around an hour at night but I sleep hard and rarely wake up. The heart rate monitor is giving readings like ive been running a marathon all night. I’ll wake up and my heart rate shows around 148. It will work correctly sporadically during the day. This is the 2nd Fitbit 3 I’ve had. The first one worked for almost three years. This one has only lasted a year. Is there a fix for all these sudden problems or do I need to just bury my Fitbit?
Best AnswerSame here, had to check my phone app.
I decided to unpair my fitbit and pair it again. The problem, when I paired the fitbit it shows a code (4 digit number) on the fitbit screen that you have to enter, since my screen is blank I can't see the code so now I'm unable to pair my fitbit.
I am using an old "Morefit" that I have had for years that still works.
This has been a VERY frustrating ordeal for an 86 year old who is not that tech savvy.
I don't understand why there is not a way to reset the fitbit to factory settings that would restore it like new.
