I received a replacement today and went through the set up process. It gave me the code which I input to my app on my iPhone and a progress line showed on the clock face. I left it to set up and when it was finished I had a blank screen.
it vibrates when I push the side button but nothing appears on the screen. i have tried resetting with the charger and I have tried a new clock face but neither has worked. Any suggestions?
