Charge 3 blank screen

My charge 3 screen went black. It still vibrates and the app is still

syncing. 

ive tried the hard reset multiple times and nothing happens. 

Ive had this less than a year. Pretty disappointed. 

is there a fix??

Hi there @Heyump, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3's screen wen't blank, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for trying to fix the issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue helping you.

Since your Charge 3 seems to be syncing, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.

I have the same issue with the black screen, I tried to change my clock face and that isn't working for me either.
