Charge 3 blank screen

So I know I'll get moved to this thread but seeing as there hasn't been an answer there I'll just try it like this...

My Charge 3 screen is blank. I've tried the restart (plugging it in, holding the button) and nothing...not even the smiley face. I've done it multiple times now with no result. What's also weird is that sometimes it vibrates 5 times, sometimes 6. I've read somewhere it's supposed to vibrate 7, but I'm not completely sure about that.

It does still work, it registers my steps and sleep when I sync I see all this in the app, I just can't manually do anything with it.

I've also tried changing the clockface..just as a last resort, but that didn't do anything either.

 

Help! I'd like to manually start a workout, or just look at the time again..!!
