I was given a charge 3 more than a year ago and so far I've loved it!
Today when I was with my friend it came off and I wasn't able to get it to catch again. It looks like the spring has worn out where it connects. It will attach but with any slight pressure, it detaches again...
It's not under warranty so I can't replace it but would anyone know how to fix it? Or can I get replacement parts?
