Charge 3 constant vibrating switching screens and won’t connect

Hello,

earlier today my Charge 3 started non stop vibrating and flicking between screens and also wouldn’t sync I have tried so many steps and nothing works.

steps I have taken:

Reset Fitbit until smiley face

charged Fitbit and reset until smiley face I have tried this both connected to charger and taking off charger

I have switched Bluetooth on and off ‘forgotten device’ repaired

I deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPhone (model 12, latest iOS system)

lastly I deleted the charge 3 from my app and tried to reconnect.

the app says tracker found but then when I enter the four digit code it is unable to connect.

any help would be greatly appreciated I am at my wits end, thank you in advance.

Hello Alvaro,

thank you for getting back to me.

I have gone through all the trouble shooting steps with the support team and nothing has worked I am still under warranty and have sent the support team answers to the questions they have asked and now they haven’t replied for 3 days even though I have been chasing.

desperate to get a replacement sent out as it has really hindered my fitness ability not being able to use my Fitbit this week.

any help you can offer would be great.

Best Wishes,
