Charge 3 continuously vibrating during exercises

My charge 3 has started vibrating repeatedly when I track my run or cycle. It's fine for a few minutes of the exercise and then just vibrates every few seconds for the duration. When i check it theres no notifications or any reason for it to be vibrating, any help appreciated

Hello @Chazzj, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

Thanks for bringing this up and for making sure that there's no notifications or any reason why your Charge 3 should be vibrating during your exercises. 

While reading your post I was wondering if this is the first time you noticed this behavior on your Charge 3? Is this happening with the same activity? 

I'd recommend restarting your Charge 3 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Then, please test your tracker and see if the odd behavior persists.

I have the same problem. For the last month every time I walk or run my Charge 3 just keeps randomly vibrating constantly throughout my workout. I have restarted the fitbit. I have triple checked that all my notifications are off on the phone and the fitbit. There is no indication on the fitbit as to why it keeps buzzing but it does do every time I turn it on to track a run or walk. The face doesn't show anything. This never happened with my other fitbits. It is getting to the point that I don't even want to wear it any more. Help please!
