I am replacing my dead charge 2 with a Charge 3. What do I do? Do I just plug it in or do I have to download something.?

Assuming using phone app, be logged in to same account with same email.
Then from 'Today' page, tap profile pic at top left to get to 'Account' page; then go down to 'Set up a Device' and follow prompts.
