Charge 3 dark and unresponsive screen

Hi David, I am also having the problem. Can’t see data on the Fitbit Charge 3, but it is recording the data because I can sync it on the app. As it’s supposed to be waterproof, I wear it in the shower and ocean swimming regularly. What can I do?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 3. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried the steps mentioned in this post since you started to see the dark display on your Charge 3?  This has been useful for other users.
