Charge 3 data disappeared from app

All of a sudden this evening, all of my exercise data since March 21 disappeared from the app. I tried resetting my Charge 3 and Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing works. Any other ideas?

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this disappearing data issue.

 

I would like to know if you keep having this problem? If your tracker syncing properly? Is it transferring all of your information as it should?.
