Upgraded to Charge 3 in April 2019, had tracker less than 2 weeks and lines appeared on screen, so exchanged for a new one. Today, my replacement tracker as now got grey screens with lines down it, tried reset, hard reset, changing screens to no avail.
Messaged customer support via Twitter and they are on the case, and I am awaiting reply. I am really disappointed with my trackers, as I chose Fitbit as I thought they were the best, now I'm not so sure. 😔
