I have barely had my Fitbit 3 a month, and there is a black line going down the center of the screen. Anyone know what to do about this?
Moderator edit: subject for clarity
I also have a corrupted display problem - a series of horizontal lines across the display. I've tried all of the solutions mentioned in this thread, reboot, reset with the power cable and none of these have solved the problem. Mine is 6 months old (purchased 6 Dec 2019). I see so may people on line mentioning this issue that it appears to be a design / manufacturing / reliability fault with the product. Can you please let me know how to progress this issue for a repair / replacement. Many thanks, Simon

Best AnswerHello, I’ve had my Charge 3 for 10 months and I’m having the same issue but add the display cannot be read outside. I’ve followed all steps on this post and the issues still persist. My Charge 3 is still under warranty and I would like to be contacted in order to resolve these issues. Thanks

Best AnswerMy charge 3 display is corrupted as well. I shoe two black lines around the time and the rest of the display is turning light. Tried both restart and shut off, neither worked. How can I resolve this issue?
Best AnswerI tried the restart instructions, but did not resolve the issues.
