Charge 3 display corrupted

Help! Charge 3 has had white lines after syncing. Ongoing issue, have tried restarting and changing clock face with no luck. Please help.

I had the same problem occur about 10 minutes ago and I am trying to the answer like you.

My Charge 3 started the white line last night, rebooted and still have the white line.  Also plugged it in to recharge and now fully charged with same white line appearing.

did all the steps and it still is showing the white line across the
screen.

Fitbit support have created a customer service case for me, hopefully to resolve. Suggest you do the same, hope this helps.
