Charge 3 display corrupted

Hi, I see a dead pixel line on my charge 3. Seems like a lot of people have reported the same issue earlier, but I couldn't find a solution or way to fix it on any discussion thread. Could you please help fix it?

Thanks @AlejandraFitbit . 

 

I talked to customer service, and it was determined that my tracker's display was corrupted. Was able to get replacement, since it was still under warranty.
